Privacy policy.
What this site collects, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it. Last updated September 24, 2026.
Who we are
This site is run by American Machine Intelligence (“AMI”, “we”). Questions about this policy go to archie@americanmachine.ai.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the contact form, we get your name, your email address and your message.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read. It records things like the pages you visit, your browser and device, roughly where you are (from your IP address) and how you found the site.
- Server logs. Our host keeps standard request logs, such as IP address, browser and time of visit.
The free calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type into them are not sent to us.
How we use it
To answer your message, and to work out which pages are useful. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Google provides the analytics.
Each of them processes the data only to provide that service.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as we need them to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.
Your pattern files and production data
Nothing you upload to the product is covered by this page. Data terms for the product are agreed in writing before you upload anything.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email archie@americanmachine.ai and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
